The mission of every shop associated with Sandwich Tree is to serve real food in a fast and friendly manner every time a customer is served.  Real food which is both nutritious and great tasting is the reason the company has been able to develop a customer base.  The balance of these menu items along with the efforts focused on customer service is why that client base keeps coming back.  Superior service is the key to its success and is what sets Sandwich Tree apart from others in the soup and sandwich market nationwide.

Through constant testing of products, ideas, and techniques, Sandwich Tree has been able to effectively evolve with the changing demands of the marketplace.  Real credit is not due entirely to corporate efforts behind the scenes, as many of the greatest accomplishments to date are based on the insights shared by Franchisees in the field.  These Franchisees have consistently shown the desire to participate in the success of the system as a whole. To help facilitate this collective objective, master territorial franchisees were created for regional support.  In addition these territorial franchisees work with the corporate staff to collectively determine the direction of the company.

With this focus on development and growth, the company has grown to include over 30 (Thirty) shops.  The company continues to look for chances to grow further, trying to add franchise wherever possible.  The total initial investment for such a franchise is expected to be between $90,000 (Ninety Thousand Dollars) and $120,000 (One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars).  This investment includes a franchise fee of between $10,000 (Ten Thousand Dollars) and $17,000 (Seventeen Thousand Dollars).

The Sandwich Tree provides each franchise with basic plan designs as a guide for designing the shops prior to opening.  The company also offers site selection assistance, as well as grand opening assistance.  The company also offers training to the franchisee prior to opening, giving the franchise all of the tools necessary to be successful right from the start.

Once the shop is up and running, the franchise still has access to the experience and support of The Sandwich Tree.  This support comes in several forms, including ongoing training, as well as the availability of a support team to answer any and all questions that can arise during the day to day operation of a franchise.
