Paul Ballard founded the exciting the WOW Cafe and Wingery concept in December 2001 in Louisiana, puttng together a top team of people that he knew were as passionate about a fun, fast-casual restaurant as he was. They developed a varied menu and sought the advice of culinary experts including award winning chef George Rhode IV to create dishes that captured the taste of New Orleans and were made from the freshest ingredients available for a reasonable price. Ballard and his team have created a concept that attracts families with children as as well as young professionals.

If you share the passion for a fun, upbeat casual dining experience, the WOW Cafe and Wingery is looking for experienced restaurant operators to help them grow. Franchise applicants are required to have a net worth of at least $350,000 with a liquid net worth of $150,000. Site requirements include a building that is between 1800 and 4000 square feet in a highly visible area like a shopping center or strip mall. Additional site requirements include an unobstructed store front, glass frontage and drive through capability.

Site selection assistance is available for approve franchise applicants, a review and analysis of restaurant layout and design, training and hiring of personnel. Once your WOW Cafe and Wingery is open, you will be assigned a Regional Franchise Consultant to provide continued support,including regional and national marketing guidance, financial control consultations, beverage and inventory control management, sanitation standards training, public and community relations and execution of opening and closing management duties.

WOW Cafe and Wingery also provides assistance in securing a liquor license, operation and management training, a complete list of national suppliers, equipment lists and specifications and design of a comprehensive, community based grand opening advertising strategy. Franchise owners will receive the proprietary operations manual that has complete policies, procedures and menu recipes.
