The average ThunderCloud Subs franchise location is between 1,000 (One Thousand) and 1,500 (One Thousand Five Hundred) square feet.  To run the franchise location the owner would require two full time employees and six to twelve part time employees.  Passive franchise ownership, while technically allowed, is highly discouraged.  The term of an initial contract for franchise ownership is 10+8/4/4 years.
