Since 1971 Tire Warehouse has worked to design, develop, and refine a retail system that continues to promote increased growth and profitability amidst the most competitive economic conditions. As a member of the national buying organization TAG, Tire Warehouse is able to compete as a national entity with competitive pricing while remaining a leader in retail tire sales.
Tire Warehouse prides itself on combining quality products, exceptional services and discount pricing to distinguish itself as a leader in the retail tire and auto parts industry. Tire Warehouse offers a range of tires brand names like Dunlop, Continental, General, B F Goodrich, Michelin, Uniroyal, Firestone, Bridgestone, and Yokohama.
The demands of today's consumer coupled with the standards of Tire Warehouse have dictated a formula for business that has enabled the company to achieve success for over 35 years. This experience will be handed down to all franchisees that take the opportunity to start a Tire Warehouse Franchise. This allows the franchise to start out in a positive position, thereby allowing the company as a whole to continue its growth.
The Tire Warehouse Franchise program is affordable for most aspiring entrepreneurs. The company has a low initial franchise fee of $15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Dollars) which allows the Franchise to invest more in their future. The program requires an initial investment estimated to cost between $293,000 (Two Hundred Ninety Three Thousand Dollars) and $683,800 (Six Hundred Eighty Three Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars).
The majority of the startup cost is inventory. Usually the tire and auto parts inventory investment is going to cost between $195,000 (One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Dollars) and $325,000 (Three Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars). The remaining investment will consist of equipment, machinery, build out, and working capital. Lenders will typically require a franchise applicant to have between 20% (Twenty Percent) and 30% (Thirty Percent) cash equity in the project cost. This initial investment does not include the cost of real estate acquisitions.
The company offers an initial training program with classroom and hands on training at an authorized training store. There are also refresher courses for ongoing training, quarterly seminars to keep the franchise up to date, as well as company and manufacturer certification programs. Also available is ongoing support from the support teams that gives the franchise all of the help necessary to operate a successful Tire and Auto Parts Franchise.
