Vital Dent provides complete dental services. These services include general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, cosmetic, dentistry, orthodontics and implants.  They also offer four free services for first time customers.  These services include a complete dental exam, x-rays, oral cleaning and treatment planning.

Marketing and advertising is provided by Vital Dent at no cost to franchise owners.  Such marketing and advertising consists of fliers, mailings, television, outdoor advertising elements and the Vital Dent website.  Ernesto Colman Mena implemented the Vital Dent Organization to gain referrals and help those who could not typically afford dental care.

Vital Dent will provide turn-key operation services for all franchise businesses.  These services include selecting and training the staff, attaining and installing all necessary furniture and equipment and they will also provide booked patients for the first day the doors of the franchise open.  They also make sure that the facility and everything in it meets all necessary standards.
