If you think you want to be a part of serving customers freshly baked grinder sandwiches and delicious salads, then you might have what it takes to be a W.G. Grinders franchise owner. W.G. Grinders is looking for franchisees that are energetic, enthusiastic and experienced in restaurant operations.
The initial license fee for your own W.G. Grinders franchise is $22,500 with a total initial investment of $225,000 to $350,000. The royalty fee is 4.5% of weekly gross sales. Advertising campaigns aren't provided for franchise owners, but the royalty fee grants small business franchisees the exclusive right to use the well recognized W.G. Grinders logo and name in all custom planned marketing campaigns.
Full training is provided for all accepted franchise applicants and one employee. With four weeks of training, including classroom and hands-on training in a working W.G. Grinders franchise, you will be an expert in all aspects of the W.G. Grinders system, including food preparation, management, employee issues, cash register training and responsibilities, and operating procedures.
After you have completed your four week training program, W.G. Grinders will send a representative to your new franchise to make sure your grand opening goes as scheduled. After opening, W.G. Grinders will continue to offer support and continued training for all franchise owners. Small busniess franchise owners will have continued access to the Confidential Operations Manual, periodic visits from your field representative and continuing refresher training programs.
