If you would like a small business franchise that is centered on  helping women feel and look their best, Women's Health Boutique is looking for compassionate individuals with a heart to serve women's health related needs through each phase of their life to own and operate franchises. The initial franchise fee is $20, 800. Womens Health Boutique requires liquid assets of $49,000 for each franchise opened. Plan on spending between $215, 300 to $247, 400 to open your franchise, depending on location and the size and condition of your building.

Once you have been accepted as a franchisee, Women's Health Boutique offers extensive support and training. Three weeks of training is required for franchise owners, including two weeks of classroom training. The classroom training includes certification in mastectomy fittings, orthotics and lingerie. Also included is training in handling the emotional aspects and grief process of cancer survivors.

Inventory control, OSHA regulations, human resource law and management, inventory control and sales and marketing support are also provided.

Franchise owners will also spend one week in an established Women's Health Boutique learning about “Open to Buy” inventory control system, retail management, customer service, POS software system, Medicare compliance and hands on fittings.

Specially designed and printed business cards, envelopes, stationary, memo pads, prescription pads, direct mail pieces and CEU packets for nurses are proved for new small business franchise owners.

Once your franchise is open, Women's Health Boutique doesn't leave you on your own. Operational check up visits are made after 12 months and include financial reviews, inventory assessment and staff interviews. Franchisees also have access to free phone support throughout the year and access to finance, marketing, legal, operational and design experts.

There are also bimonthly updates from Women's Health Boutique with regulatory updates, marketing success stories, HIPAA and Medicare compliance tips and pending regulation alerts.

The annual conference and trade show offers you the opportunity to obtain additional certifications, and continuing education credits. Regulatory experts and expert speakers are also on hand. Over 30 vendors attend the annual convention, providing Women's Health Boutique franchises with access to the latest research and newest product lines.
