If getting in on the ground floor of a much needed service appeals to you, Wood Re New is looking for franchise owners that can follow a proven system and is invested in the success of the company. Initial start up fees are between $40,000 and $50,000, depending on location. Franchise opportunities are available throughout the Southeast. Financing is available through the U.S. Small Business Administration loan program.

To make sure that new franchise owners are successful, Wood Re New offers exclusive territory rights to new franchisees. As the market leader in a small industry, exclusive territory rights ensures that competition for your unique service is kept to a minimum.

Training is the bedrock of the successful Wood Re New franchise. Classroom training on all aspects of the Wood Re New business is provided at company headquarters in Springfield, Missouri. After new franchise owners understand the theory and basic policy and procedures behind the work, they receive hands-on field training in Wood Re New's unique wood restoration process.

Accounting, selling an estimate training is provided after the new franchise owner has mastered the basics of wood cleaning and protection. Wood Re New provides new owners with a CD of all accounting charts, along with extensive training in computer operation and sales and financial data entry. After the new franchise owner purchases a copy of Quickbooks, the preformatted accounting charts will automatically load whenever the provided disc is inserted, making keep track of your financial records simple and fast.

After each segment of the business is presented, new franchise owners have the opportunity to spend the last portion of their corporate training going over any policies, procedures and processes that they may be uncomfortable with. When you leave training, you will know the Wood Re New system and will be positioned for an extremely successful franchise.
