The ways in which Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken is prepared results in fewer calories, less fat and less cholesterol.

Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken offers franchisees an opportunity to be a part of their team while still being in business for themselves.  Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken provides its franchisees with preferred site selection criteria to help establish the best suited location.  Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken also assists the franchisee with floor plans, equipment and product procurement.

To purchase a Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken franchise the initial franchise fee is currently $15,000(Fifteen Thousand Dollars).  To build an average Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken franchise location, between $323,000(Three Hundred Twenty Three Thousand Dollars) and $440,000(Four Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars) is required, not including any real estate.  Additionally a $10,000(Ten Thousand Dollars) deposit is required for the franchise location’s opening advertising.

Recurring fees in the Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken franchise opportunity include a royalty fee maximum of 4%(four percent) of the franchise location’s gross sales, as well as a minimum of 3%(three percent) of the franchisees gross sale used for approved marketing and advertisement, with 3/10%(three tenths of one percent) for production costs.  This production cost can be raised to 1½ % (one and one half percent) when Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken creates a national advertising campaign.

All Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken franchisees are required to attend a provided three week training school.  If requested Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken will also train the franchise locations staff.  Training can consist of operations instruction, personnel management, marketing, advertising, and cost controls.  Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken will be available to franchise locations in many ways.  On-site visits will be scheduled, phone and email communication will be utilized, as well as written correspondence.  A constant line of communication will be maintained between Yaya's Flame Broiled Chicken and the franchise business.
